How to Measure Your Body
1. Bust
Wrap a soft measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape horizontal and parallel to the floor.
2. Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline (usually an inch above your belly button) snugly.
3. Hips
Stand with feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks (approx. 8 inches below waist).
1. Shipping & Delivery
Q1: What are your shipping rates and free shipping threshold?
We offer flat shipping $6.00 on orders under $46. Free standard shipping on orders $46 and up. All shipments include end-to-end package tracking.
Q2: How long does standard international delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours. Standard international shipping typically takes 7 to 15 business days for North America and European destinations.
Q3: Do you ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses?
Yes, we ship to most standard PO Boxes and military addresses via tracked international postal services.
Q4: Will I have to pay custom duties or import taxes?
For most orders to the US and Western Europe, packages clear customs smoothly without extra charges. Any applicable local import fees are calculated at checkout where required.
Q5: Do you offer express or priority shipping options?
Yes, express shipping options are available at checkout for select regions. Priority processing expedites dispatch within 24 hours with faster transit times of 5 to 8 business days.
2. Orders & Tracking
Q6: How do I track my order in real-time?
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a shipping confirmation email containing your direct tracking code will be sent within 48 hours of dispatch.
Q7: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please email support@dailyladystyle.com within 2 hours of placement so our team can adjust it before fulfillment.

Please contact customer support immediately. Address updates can only be made prior to package dispatch.
Q9: What should I do if my tracking status shows delivered but I haven't received it?
Check with household members or neighbors first. If the package remains unfound after 24 hours, contact our support team for an instant delivery investigation.
Q10: Why did I receive my order in multiple separate packages?
To deliver your clothing as quickly as possible, multi-item orders may occasionally ship from different fulfillment hubs. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package at no extra charge.
3. Sizing & Garment Care
Q11: How do I choose the correct size for dresses and tops?
Each product page features a detailed size chart with bust, waist, and hip measurements in both inches and centimeters. Compare your body measurements for the ideal fit.
Q12: What if I am between two sizes?
If you prefer a relaxed everyday feel, we recommend sizing up. For a form-fitting silhouette, select your true size based on the measurement chart.
Q13: How do your US/UK/EU sizes compare to Asian sizing?
Our apparel is tailored specifically according to Western standards (US/UK/EU sizing). Unlike standard Asian sizing which runs small, our garments fit true to Western size guides.
Q14: How can I tell if a garment has stretch?
Product descriptions explicitly detail fabric composition. Items containing Elastane, Spandex, or ribbed knits offer high stretch flexibility for maximum comfort.
Q15: What length are your dresses and skirts measured in?
Garment lengths (measured from the high point of shoulder to hem) are provided in each product description to help you gauge knee-length, midi, or maxi fits.
Q16: Can I get personalized sizing recommendations for a specific outfit?
Absolutely! Send your bust, waist, hip, and height measurements to support@dailyladystyle.com, and our style specialists will recommend your best fit within 24 hours.
Q17: What if the size I ordered doesn't fit properly?
Don't worry! We offer simple 30-day returns and size exchanges to ensure you get the absolute perfect fit for your body shape.
Q18: How should I wash and care for my delicate women's apparel?
We recommend machine washing in cold water on a gentle cycle with similar colors. Line dry or lay flat to maintain fabric elasticity and vibrancy.
Q19: Do your clothes shrink after washing?
Our apparel fabrics are pre-shrunk during production to minimize post-wash shrinkage when washed according to care label instructions.
4. Returns & Refunds
Q20: What is your standard return policy?
We offer a hassle-free 30-day return window from the date your package arrives. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Simply email support@dailyladystyle.com with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the return address and instructions.
