Terms of Service

These terms of service govern your use of ladyoutfitguide.com, a women's clothing store operated by Stellar Sports Apparel Limited. By browsing or placing an order from the United States or the European Union, you agree to the conditions below. Please read them carefully.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing LadyOutfitGuide you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised version.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your Account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dailyladystyle.com of any unauthorized use.

Using Our Site

You agree to provide accurate order and shipping details and to use the store lawfully. Automated scraping, reselling of our women's fashion listings, or interference with the site is not permitted.

Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to cancel any order affected by a pricing error, payment failure, or stock outage, with a full refund issued promptly. Taxes and duties shown at checkout are estimates until confirmed by the carrier or customs.

Promotions & Discounts

Promo codes apply only to eligible items and cannot be combined unless stated. We may end a promotion at any time. Abuse of discounts (e.g., shared account stacking) may lead to order cancellation.

Product Information

We work to show accurate colors, sizes, and fabric details for every women's garment. Minor variations in shade or measurement may occur between batches; these do not qualify as defects. Always check the size chart before ordering.

Intellectual Property

All text, photography, logos, and designs on LadyOutfitGuide are the property of Stellar Sports Apparel Limited or its partners. You may not copy, republish, or resell site content without written permission.

Customer Reviews & User Content

If you post a review or photo, you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it. Keep content lawful and respectful. We may remove content that is offensive, false, or promotional for other stores.

Limitation of Liability

LadyOutfitGuide is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from site use or order delays caused by carriers or customs. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify LadyOutfitGuide against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without conflict to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence (including EU and US state law where relevant).

Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You may stop using the site at any time; sections on liability and IP survive termination.

Changes to These Terms

We post the latest version on this page with an updated date. Material changes are announced by email where practical.
